A Quiet Milestone: Mindful Moments Podcast Reviewed by Elevate Society

When I first started recording guided meditations, I wasn't thinking about reviews, recognition, or growing an audience.

I was thinking about the people sitting across from me in the therapy room.

Many of my clients wanted a way to continue practicing what we were working on between sessions. They didn't need more information—they needed simple, evidence-based practices they could return to when anxiety felt overwhelming.

I wasn’t finding the kind of practices I felt empowered to share with client’s of varying ages and backgrounds, so I began recording my own meditations.

One practice became another, and over time those recordings grew into the Mindful Moments podcast. Eventually I stepped into providing deeper education as well withMindful Moments on YouTube.

It has been a humbling journey over these last 5 years reading comments, reviews and listener emails sharing how impactful and helpful Mindful Moments practices have been in their lives. Their words have encouraged me to continue this work through motherhood and shifting priorities. The frequency of these practices has certainly adapted to match changing seasons, yet the essence of the work has always remained.

Recently, Elevate Society reached out to me sharing how they would love to reviewMindful Moments. While recognition like this is certainly encouraging, what means the most to me isn't simply that the podcast was featured—it's what that recognition represents and their kind words as they captured the essence of Mindful Moments.

It reminds me that quiet, consistent work matters.

In a world that often celebrates constant growth, bigger numbers, and keeping up with every new trend, this felt like a gentle reminder that meaningful work doesn't always happen quickly or loudly.

Sometimes it looks like faithfully creating resources that serve people well.

As a therapist, that's always been my hope.

Whether someone listens to a 10-minute meditation before work, practices a breathing exercise during a difficult day, or finds their way into the therapy room because one video helped them feel understood, my goal has never been to produce content simply for the sake of producing content.

My hope has always been to create resources that help people understand anxiety a little more deeply, care for their nervous system with compassion, and find lasting relief from the inside out.

I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who has listened to an episode of Mindful Moments, shared the podcast with a friend, or incorporated these practices into everyday life.

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey.
