Start Therapy at Cedar Rose
If you're looking for specialized anxiety therapy in Ohio, you're in the right place.
At Cedar Rose Counseling & Wellness, I work with women experiencing anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, and stress-related concerns. My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Mindfulness all working together to break the cycles of anxiety impacting your daily life.
I offer primarily virtual therapy throughout Ohio, with limited in-person appointments available in West Chester.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're already spending a lot of time thinking through every decision.
That's why I begin with a complimentary consultation call.
This brief conversation gives us a chance to talk about what you're experiencing, what you're looking for, and whether my approach and areas of specialization are a good fit for you. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions about therapy, scheduling, and what getting started would look like.
There's no pressure to make a decision during the call. The goal is simply to help you feel clearer about your next step.
What Happens Next?
1. Schedule your consultation
Choose a time that works for you through my online scheduling system.
2. We'll talk about what you're looking for
We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you're hoping to change.
3. We'll determine whether we're a good fit
If my approach and areas of specialization align with your needs, we'll talk about what getting started would look like. If I don't feel I'm the right therapist for you, I'll be honest about that and help point you toward a more appropriate resource when possible.
4. Begin therapy
If we decide to work together, we'll schedule your initial appointment and begin developing a treatment plan based on your goals and needs.
